Transparent Pricing

Our Remote Support includes any consultation where we can provide a solution without an on-site visit. Our guarantee: if we find a solution, the fee applies, and if we can't, you won't be charged. 

If it is decided that a problem can't be solved remotely, the option will be given for an on-site visit. Time spent remotely will be rolled into cumulative amount. If I can't help you, I won't charge for my services. Only travel fees will apply (if applicable). For a larger project, initial on-site visit will be considered a quote visit and will be free of charge.

For home client projects requiring more than a couple of hours, we offer a structured pricing model to ensure cost-effectiveness and transparency. Post an initial free consultation, we'll provide a detailed quote estimating the scope and hours involved, priced at $100/hr. A deposit may be required to cover any upfront costs. Upon project completion, adjustments to the actual hours worked will be made, ensuring you never pay more than the originally quoted cost. 

 Billed in 1-hour increments, our on-site support is available when a more hands-on approach is required. 

Billed in 30-minute increments, our remote support covers any consultation where we can provide a solution without an on-site visit. 

We recognize that each business has unique needs, and our pricing structure aims to reflect that. The higher end of the rate scale typically involves tasks that require specialized knowledge or resources, while the lower end is applied to more standard IT support tasks. Regardless of the rate, you can always expect dedicated, expert service aimed at resolving your IT issues efficiently and effectively. 

This will apply to all on-site support outside of Knox or Blount County, TN.

For projects requiring custom solutions, we will provide a detailed quote covering equipment costs and services, calculated at $100/hr. A deposit will be needed upfront to cover necessary equipment costs. Upon project completion, any adjustments to the actual hours worked will be made, ensuring you never pay more than the originally quoted cost. 

 We also offer a block time agreement - a prepaid amount of IT consulting time valid for 12 months. As needs arise, you already have prepaid hours to cover the services. This model allows for easier budgeting and offers a reduced hourly rate.
